MEADOWVIEW FARMS MISSION STATEMENT

Meadowview Farms Property Owners Association is a non-profit Massachusetts corporation, organized under provisions of Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Laws, charged with the duties and invested with the powers prescribed by law and set forth in the Articles,  the By-Laws, and the Association By-Laws.

The basic duties of the Corporation are Maintenance of Common land, Tennis courts and Roads, Payment of Taxes, Utilities, Insurance and collection of Dues and Assessments. The duties also include Architectural review of planned construction or changes to homes to ensure that it is consistent with the concept of the Association.

These and other duties are performed by a 12 member Board of Trustees comprised of current Homeowners which consists of a mix of year round residents and seasonal residents.
