Trash:  Town pick up is Thursday morning at 7:30 am.  Please put a sticker (purchased at the dump, town hall or Our Market) on the top bag of trash in each barrel.  Please note for renters if you have a private trash company and what day they pick up.

 

Noise:   All residents and guests are requested to curtail noise after 11 pm.

                      

Tennis:  The tennis courts are reserved for the use of property owners and guests.  In times of demand, players should begin play-ing on the hour or limit play to one set and give up their court to waiting players at the end of the time.  Please, no glass containers, skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, or black soled sneakers.  Each home owner has a key.

 

Speed Limit:  The speed limit in Meadow View Farms is 15 m.p.h.  Motorists are cautioned to watch for children.  Our roads are narrow so please stay to your side, especially when going around bends.  Please use extreme caution at the gates where there is a bike crossing.                            

Parking:  Please, no parking on the sides of roads or meadows,   unless you are having a large party or if a windstorm is predicted with potential tree damage.  Please try to park  all wheels off the pavement. 

Dogs:  The town of Oak Bluffs has a leash law.  Dogs should be leashed at all times while off your property.

 

Occupancy: The town of Oak Bluffs limits the number of unrelated occupants to three (3) persons.
