Instructions for participating in a conference call via WeBex

 

Rectangular Callout: 1, An email containing a link will be forwarded to you. 2. Click on the link and the screen to the left will open up. 3. Verify your media player i.e., note the guidance in the dialogue box beneath this one. This verification only has to be done one time. 4. Clik on the, “Join Now” link Rounded Rectangular Callout: Note: Webex will ask you to click immediately below this wording on either of the radio buttons shown. Click on the one that says Windows Media Player

 

 

 

Cloud Callout: Enter your name and email address and then click, “OK”

Rounded Rectangular Callout: This next screen will appear asking you to call the toll free conference phone # and input the mtg # and attendee ID

Entering the mtg & attendee #’s connects you via your phone to the conference and allows you to view the conference agenda and any presentation etc. , plus permits you to discuss with all of the other mtg participants any items of discussion

When you have successfully connected to the conference call the screen show here will appear.

 

The host for the meeting will control the contents of what is being shown on your screen.  Only the host can control the contents shown on the screen
