OPTION 1 - MEADOW VIEW FARMS CLUSTER BOXES
How to Obtain a Mailbox in Meadow View Farms:
You can use the cluster mailbox in Meadow View Farms for USPS deliveries. To obtain a mailbox and a mailbox key: Call the Vineyard Haven Post Office (508- 693-2818) and tell them you live in Meadow View Farms and that you’d like to secure a mailbox. They will assign you a box and box number, and will have a key made for you. The mail carrier will put your mail in the box which has been assigned to you. There is no need to add the Box Number to your address, the carrier knows which box is yours.
Receiving Packages at the Local Mailbox in Meadow View:
Small packages sent by USPS will be delivered to your box. Larger packages will either be placed in the package area behind the cluster boxes. It is up to you to check for mail in this area.
You must use EDGARTOWN as your address, or mail will not be delivered to the box:

OPTION 2 – P.O. BOX
You may sign up for a box at the Oak Bluffs Post Office (for an annual fee). This option enables you to use one address. By including both street and box number -- FEDEX / UPS will deliver to your home, and USPS will deliver to your Post Office Box.
