Welcome to the Meadow View Farms Property Owners Association website.  Meadow View Farms is an area of approximately 80 acres located in the town of Oak Bluffs, on the island of Martha's Vineyard in the state of Massachusetts. 

In September 1984, The Martha’s Vineyard Commission approved the subdivision of land in the Town of Oak Bluffs entitled Meadow View Farms. The developer of Meadow View Farms was Peter Rosbeck. He contracted Land Surveyor, Dean Swift to prepare an overall plan. Today, there are approximately 75 seasonal or year-round residences in MVF. These owners are members of the Meadow View Farms Property Owners Association (MVFPOA), the legal entity responsible for the operation of Meadow View Farms. 

Meadow View Farms is governed under a Master Declaration of Covenants, ByLaws, and Rules, all of which are subject to amendment through stated procedures and are subscribed to by resident owners. A Board of Directors elected annually by the membership has fiduciary responsibility for the Association.

Meadow View Farms strives to maintain and enhance the land for the enjoyment of owners and the preservation of the value of owners' investments.
